  • Why the 4 separate days?
    This program is an extension of our 3 day management workshop.Everyone who attends says there is literally too much to take in and implement from 1 huge impactful session. So in this format you will get game changing strategies on the day, and then support for the next few months to implement them. I promise you your business will turn on its head after day 1. Then we come back into the room. Others feedback as well as your own plus new strategies to implement and you go again.Total support is there as you grow.
  • I am brand new to management, is this for me?
    Absolutely. You will throughout the year get everything you need and more to accelerate the growth in your start up. Branding… franchising… marketing… recruiting… all covered.
  • I am 1 of 3 directors do we all need to come?
    Actually our experience is very clear… YES they should be there. If they cannot get there, come yourself, but if three of you come the change will be faster and longer lasting. You don't have to go back and explain everything, which you will want to do.
  • I want to get out of selling and become a coach trainer to my team. Can you help with that?
    All covered in detail. Not a simple decision and because of the format you can work this through with the team in a considered manner. Better results. And we will be here to help you all the way
  • I am looking to acquire another company. Is that something that would be covered here?
    100% Not only is it covered but we will be there to help you with the acquisition. Peter has guided 100’s of companies through purchases.

  • I have a huge turnover and 40 of a team, can this help me?
    Peter works with clients turning over 20 - 30 million in some cases. Understanding how the base needs to be set up for that sort of growth is one of the things he does best.
  • Should I bring anyone else with me?
    You will experience huge transformation in this program. So if there is someone else who needs to be there, bring them. If it is another director, book them in. If it is an EA or admin manager, let us know and if there is sufficient space in the room, we can make that happen. Then you go back to the office on the same page and can get to the change faster.
  • I have a small team and am still selling should I come?
    Absolutely. Some of Peter and Mark's top clients have made their way from selling manager plus 2 of a team to some of the biggest companies in their area. This program is designed for you to grow from that base.
  • What if I can’t get to one workshop?
    You can attend the same workshop in another round. We see this as a relationship. One that will only be done when you have got what you need to succeed.
  • My issue is how I can get the team outside the door firing more?
    This is a central theme to this program. Come and get everything you need to make this happen.
