About Peter
For over 40 years PG has been working with Real Estate agents and mortgage brokers. He has been a successful franchisee He has been a foundational shareholder and director of 2 successful mortgage broking franchises.One was sold for $6mill to AMP, the other is in full flight with now over 120 brokers doing 2 bill in loans annually and growing.
He has consulted with most of the big franchise companies, including personally coaching 2 of the top CEOS in the industry. He has done speaking tours of the UK, NZ South Africa, Australia and singapore.
He has worked with huge names in the industry. He coached 1 client to number 1 in Mcgrath. He coached the number 3,4 and 5 in Mcgrath at one time.
He M.C’d at Arec 3 x and spoke many other times. Shane Smollen who sold for 60+ million to McGrath gave him his first job in Australia And kept working with PG until he sold his business. His longest time client worked with him for 26 years, He has a client now that has worked with him for 23 years …and counting. His top client turns over 25mill in GCI as a business.
His biggest success is a young guy who started 3 years ago in coaching on 600k GCI to his office. That manager /owner now owns his own business and has written 3mill in GCI. Over 4000 agents have been through his Quickstart new sales persons course. So.... no matter what you're thinking of doing in this industry or mortgage broking… Pg has seen it and probably been part of it.
Coaching for Managers
Peter coaches offices by coaching the manager. He works with the manager first to get their "base right".

This is not cookie cutter coaching. It is a one on one relationship with someone who can help you re construct the business and, for most , reconstruct parts of your life in a more appropriate way for you to get joy, happiness and abundance .
You pay for 4 sessions of 30 min a month. You can use it all yourself (System 1 below) or…you can decide with Peter that you want to give that time to some of your sales people. You may also decide with Peter that there is a team training session required. Perhaps on auction. Perhaps on getting more VPA…digital marketing….a new strategy for the entire office.
Peter will drive it. He will call what needs to happen to get the growth required. You will have the option to call for more if it is needed. Peter will guide you here. If something is wrong and you need help…book in as often as you want.
You will get a lot done in 30 minutes. This is about deciding the strategy and then bringing all the resources of RTI to bear on making those strategies work.

Your first session will be about what it is you are trying to achieve. What do you want from this business? You will sign off on a strategic vision that you agree is achievable and fits in with your own personal goals. Then you will start moving forward with all of the vast resources that Peter and the team have at their disposal. Peter will direct the sessions as you work through:

Peter insists that everything stems from correct budgeting. You cannot move forward especially if it is significant growth you are seeking... if it is not rooted in correct modelling and budgeting. We guide you through that process and will come back to it time and time again to make sure your getting this right.
A PLANNING SYSTEM.
You will work through an entire … on line … planning system in your office. Annual plans ...90 days plans … prospecting plans … management plans ALL ON LINE and easy to use.
We have a full “culture change” system that will work all the way through from management to 360 degree feedback sessions, a wellness program component, and much more, all leading towards making sure your culture is great and in a lot of cases you stop losing top staff!!
RECRUITING.
There are only 2 ways to recruit ... We have massive resources available here including:
1) The scripts, the strategies, the dialogues and very effective marketing systems to attract existing successful agents to your business.
2) We have huge resources (we believe the best system in the industry) for … attracting ... selecting ... on boarding ... training ... and mentoring new sales people.This includes qualified Caliper profile practitioners on our team.The E-book "raising the bar" and the "Am I a fit for real estate?" book that Peter wrote to help newbies decide if this is the right direction for them.

Discount on seminars and full access to THE VAULT Peters online management treasure trove of 100’s of videos, systems and strategies.You will also have access to the COACHING CAFÉ, which is the equivalent for sales people with 100’s more videos, sales strategies, 100’s of pages of scripts, dialogues and role plays. You can use the time allotted to have Peter work with your sales team, your admin, your property management team and in some cases your partners both in business and in life!! ($1500 + GST monthly).

Office - Group Coaching
One product we do have on offer is the
ability to order a “bulk” coaching deal.
Peter has several clients where a monthly fee is worked out and the manager can decide who is working with Peter at any time. You as manager can put someone on to work with Peter, then 3 months later get him to switch and work with others in your team. This works very effectively!
