Welcome to this strategic video training session…
I’m afraid I’m not somebody who can just respond to little parts of a situation like this. For me, during the whole thing, you have to stay strategic and you have to know where you’re going with this.
Otherwise, you’re just running around in circles and putting out fires. And so what I would like to do, is to share some of the strategies I’ve been working on, and I have literally dozens of them now, and I know how they link into my normal training.
So, what I’m going to do is over the next few weeks, I’m going to unpack them for you, both you and your salespeople.
