2. Coaching Methodology
What's it all about?
This is a 6 month program and is the 2nd part of the 3 pillars of The Coach the Coach Program. Strategic Leadership is the 1st and The Retreat is the 3rd. This program starts on 26th March 2026.
In this program, Peter shares over 40 years of Coaching wisdom and will teach you how to coach and work with a whole range of clients from brand new sales people to managers of multi-office businesses.

COACHING PROCESS FOR EACH CLIENT INCLUDING:

Strategy Design
You will be taught how to isolate the strategies that are appropriate for your particular client and then how to assist clients with direction in terms of the actual strategies they have decided on.

Mindfulness Practice
You will be taught the most current researched based practices to support the overall well being of your clients/team as well as yourself.

Values
You will experience and gain a general overview on how to use values profiles as a way to support life and business satisfaction and fulfillment.

Neurolinguistic Programming
You will learn techniques to make an effective impact on your client.

Psychological Profiling
You will learn the basics of how to support people to maximize their strengths and overcome their challenging traits with profiling as a tool.

Intention Based Coaching
You will learn this differentiating strategy and how to use it to support people rather than just setting goals.

Effective Time Management Coaching
You will learn how to optimise time in both areas of real estate and your own life.

3. THE RETREAT
THIS IS THE RETREAT YOU HAVE WANTED TO GO ON FOR A LONG TIME
Peter has been taking his clients on retreat for 30 years. 100’s have taken the time to stop with him.
This retreat is the finishing school for the rest of the Coach The Coach program.
It is where:
- You will deepen your own mindfulness program
- Expand your ability to find joy
- Learn specific processes to help those around you do the same.
- Play with case studies real life and real time.
- Awareness and acceptance is cornerstone of this 4 days

There are 3 parts to becoming a certified coach.
1) Complete the Strategic Leadership Program.
2) Complete the Coaching Methodology Program.
3) Attend the retreat.
You can take as long as you want to do this.
You can do it all in 2026, or do one part of it this year. You must, however, do the Strategic Leadership Program or the Coaching Methodology Program before you can do the retreat.
You must attend at least 80% of the online Coaching Methodology sessions.
Yes you do. Please see the terms and conditions for coming on board for this course. Although 3 years is the cut off either in sales or management, you should talk to us if you would like to see if you qualify.
Absolutely. Peter has worked with a lot of folk in these positions and the idea is you do this course and start COACHING your franchises instead of having coffee with them. Huge upside here.
I expect that within 3 months you will be accepting clients. Part of the ongoing instruction will then be around those clients. There is nothing PG has not seen and cant help you with.
We will refund you 100% as long as it is 28 days or more before the actual course starts. No questions asked. Or, we can transfer you to the next available program. Just indicate your intention with full payment or the deposit so we know you want to come.
The four days cements the entire learning process. We work on your mindfulness, your meditation… We do case studies of real situations. And your practice will be there for good. You cannot teach others how to stop, how to be present, if you cannot do that yourself.
You will receive the full website of coaching practical exercises. They will be recorded and available. You need to attend 80% of the online sessions to be fully accredited.
No, it is intended for those who recognise that awareness is key to change. You will use things you learn here in all of your life… for the rest of your life. So if you are wanting to start a coaching business… then this is for you. If you want to coach those outside your door better? This is for you. If you just want to enjoy life more and be a better human? This is for you.
