Peter has been taking his clients on retreat for 30 years. 100’s have taken the time to stop with him.
This retreat is the finishing school for the rest of the Coach The Coach program.
It is where:
- You will deepen your own mindfulness program
- Expand your ability to find joy
- Learn specific processes to help those around you do the same.
- Play with case studies real life and real time.
- Awareness and acceptance is cornerstone of this 5 days

Tracy-Kim Gilchrist has worked in personal development for over 30 years around the world from environments as diverse as teenage prisons in China to institutions serving the severely disabled. She has trained with masters and leaders around the world on emotional healing, mindfulness and movement modalities to support her clients in accessing their fullest potential. She will share some of these tools with you throughout the program.
Claire Du Plessis
Claire Du Plessis is a highly skilled Program Manager, trainer and course content developer who has been informed internationally, including Oxford University. She has been with Real Training International and Peter Gilchrist now for over 10 years and is the keeper of the content. She will be responsible for the structuring of this training with Peter and Mark and is here to support your most effortless access to the vast amount of information and resources we will be sharing.
Josie Izzard
Josie Izzard has seven years of dedicated industry experience, with expertise that spans across various aspects of real estate from sales support through to BDM and operational management, enabling her to deliver exceptional customer service and employ top-tier communication skills tailored to either internal stakeholders or clients. Josie serves as a pillar of support and guidance for our team as well as each participant in this program. She will be the go-to person for all logistic liaison.

FROM PETER:
